Hello everyone!

Let's cut to the chase: I'm forfeiting this round in AATR... but that's all according to plan.

If you've been following my Artists-at-the-Ready entries, then you'll know it's been a lengthy and arduous journey to get to the top, but a lot happens in a year's time. I'm graduating university and am currently working on a capstone project that not only affects my ability to graduate, but that of my peers. In order to complete our thesis, it was important for me to hiatus my passion projects, and that includes AATR. I sincerely was trying to put something together for this final round, but there's no way for me to do that by the deadline.

Anyway, this journal isn't an apology. If anyone is following those comics, and really wants to see the ending I have planned, then you're in luck! My original plan was to forfeit anyway. It's thematic and part of the meta in my entry. What does that mean? I guess you'll have to read to find out! This OCT has been an important journey in my growth as an artist, and I want to share the ending. So I'll be working on it next month after graduation has died down. I've never really finished an OCT before, so as a first I wanted to give it a proper final word. If you're interested in seeing this through with me, I thought I'd give you a heads-up for what to expect.

P.S. If you're not interested in my OCT shenanigans (fair), I'm also planning to launch a webcomic after AATR is over, so look forward to that later this year! ^v^

Like, it's not my personal favorite color... but I always feel more comfortable sketching with light blue. *0*

And I've seen artists draw with different colors on their streams... what's yours? ovo/

Hey everyone! I'm on winter break now, so in the spirit of getting to draw more (and Christmas) I need stuff to doodle. I have my own characters, but... sometimes that gets boring too. Every day I'm going to do at least five doodles, probably full body, like the ones you see here.  

So if you want some ~FREE STUFF~ comment with a reference of a character you want drawn, or your own character, or your favorite animal, or... WHATEVER! Please post each character in a separate comment. I know that sounds a little backwards, but it'll help me focus on one at a time. If you want characters interacting, just say so in both posts. I may ask questions about your character(s) to get a better idea of their personality too, so please respond quickly if you can! (Also you gotta be watching me... how else will I know you like my stuff?)
